PixelBatch provides image resizing and compression services. You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any images you process (including Passport photos or Marketplace listings) meet the specific requirements of the intended third party.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

While we provide specialized presets (e.g., US Passport 2x2", Amazon 2000px), PixelBatch does not guarantee that your processed images will be accepted by government agencies or marketplaces. We are not liable for rejected applications or suppressed listings resulting from the use of our software.

4. Client-Side Processing

PixelBatch operates 100% client-side. We do not store, view, or transmit your images to our servers. Consequently, we cannot provide backups or recovery for any images processed on the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and brand of PixelBatch.io are protected by copyright. Users retain full ownership of the images they process through the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

PixelBatch is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our tools, including but not limited to financial loss or technical issues on your hardware.
